    We email your compelling ad directly to a HUGE database of professionals in your target market. You supply the ad content or we can custom design a full HTML ad for you. We supply the target audience and the email engine to deliver your message in a matter of hours. GrooveJetMail provides advertisers with the most inexpensive yet extremely effective way to showcase products and services to motivated buyers. The advertisement will be sent by email to over 450,000 unique Human Resources, Recruiting/Staffing professionals.

    ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

    This agreement is between Groovejetmail.com a Missing Beat Promotional Company (Hereinafter Groovejetmail.com) and The Good Search, (hereinafter "Client"), and constitutes the entire agreement between them. This virtual agreement prior to purchase shall have the same force and effect as the client's signature. If client uses a check in any form it must be made payable to Missing Beat.

    Groovejetmail.com will distribute Client's advertisement package via the Internet. The advertisement will be sent by email to over 450,000 unique Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing professionals. Client understands that the total number of 450,000 available emails quoted is approximate and within a plus or minus 8.5 percent error.

    Payment must be completed in full prior to any ad scheduling, ad building or marketing consultation. Client may request specific scheduling and changes to that schedule as long as dates and date changes are requested no less than five (5) business days in advance. No request will be unreasonably denied as long as the existing schedule provides adequate flexibility. This price may constitute a special offer agreement extended to Client and may not be available once this current agreement is satisfied.     Ad Copy, Content and Format Requirements: Ad copy, graphics and format for the advertisement will be developed and provided in the following manner:

    Client will provide the advertising copy in a format that is ready for distribution in true HTML programming language and accompanied by any graphic files to be included in the advertisement in GIF or JPG format. All files will be e-mailed to keith@groovejetmail.com as an attachment. The HTML and graphic files combined must be no larger than 10,240 bytes (10K). If no additional changes are required there will be no additional charges. All ads must be received by 12:00 Noon (Eastern) on the Thursday before the week of the advertising campaign (or the day before any late-week holiday). When sending your ad to keith@groovejetmail.com please includes the "Subject Line" that you would like to accompany your ad. Groovejetmail.com reserves the right to final ad approval. It is understood that Groovejetmail.com will put a logo on their site showing you the customer as one of our clients and to offer the ability to have client preview ad for final approval.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Ads must not contain image maps and all graphics (if hosted by clients) must contain fully qualified URLs (i.e. http://www.clientwebsite.com/graphic.gif). Groovejetmail.com will NOT host Client's graphics if they cannot be imbedded in the ad due to size restrictions. All checks must be made payable to Missing Beat.

    GUARANTEE:

    Groovejetmail.com.com makes no guarantees of the outcome of the advertising campaign. Nor does Groovejetmail.com guarantee that Client will receive any specific percentage of return or any specific dollar volume of sales. Such responses are not in the control of Groovejetmail.com and are strictly governed by the quality of the product, the marketing message, the price of the product and the demand for said product by the target market.

    REFUND:

    Once the initiation date of the advertising campaign is made and payment is received, there will be no refunds. Client may request a delay in sending the advertisement and such request will not be unreasonably denied. If the delay is longer than 2 weeks there will be a 10% fee for rescheduling.
